Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision Brookline Phase 5. The subject property is the fifth phase in a subdivision named Brookline, located off Highlands Blvd and Morgan Lakes Industrial Boulevard. This proposed phase totals 9.249 acres and will consist of 43 single family lots with varying lot sizes. Entrance to this subdivision will be from Roxbury Drive and Brookline Drive. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include City of Savannah water and sewer.

According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0017G, the subject property is located in Zone X, not a special flood hazard area as determined by FEMA.
