Description

Approval of Major Subdivision Meadow Lakes Phase 2. The subject property is the second phase in a subdivision named Meadow Lakes, located off Little Neck Road. Entrance to this subdivision will be from Green Meadow Drive (which intersects with Little Neck Road).This proposed phase totals 39.974 acres and will consist of 88 single-family lots with varying lot sizes. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include City of Savannah water and sewer.
 
According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0104G, a portion of this property is located in Zone X and Zone X Shaded, not special flood hazard areas as determined by FEMA, and Zone AE, a special flood hazard area as determined by FEMA with a base flood elevation of 16'.
