This is for an annual contract for Street Maintenance & Repair Services to Samjay Services Inc. (primary contractor) and Savannah Paving (secondary contractor) in the amount of $800,000. This contract allows the contractor to repair City streets, curbs, and sidewalks damaged by tree roots and assists with the following:

• Keeping the City’s roads and sidewalks safe and clear of obstructions.
• Eliminating liabilities for the City of Savannah (pedestrians and motorists).
• Making the necessary repairs in preparation for the LMIG resurfacing program.
• Maximizing the life of streets by not trapping water and allowing surface water to flow to storm systems.

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on September 25, 2026. This contract also includes 4 annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
