Description This is to procure and extend an annual contract for storm debris removal from Crowder Environmental Services (primary), Ceres Environmental Services (secondary), and DRC Emergency Services (tertiary) in a varying amount based on the nature and severity of disaster events. These services will be used for preparation for and recovery from major debris generating from disaster events. The method used for this procurement was the request for proposals (RFP) which evaluates criteria in addition to cost. The criteria used for this RFP were qualifications, methodology, references, DBE participation, and fees. An open goal was established for this event. All three recommended proposers were deemed compliant with this goal and were given points based on their proposed levels of DBE participation. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed.
