This contract is for the Street Resurfacing Project from APAC-Atlantic, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $7,367,449.

The contract will be utilized for the milling and resurfacing of 61 street segments throughout the City of Savannah. This project will improve roadway conditions, enhance the overall quality and safety of the City's transportation infrastructure, and extend the useful life of existing streets. The work will be performed in accordance with SDOT and GDOT specifications and applicable standards.

The bid was advertised, opened and reviewed. This contract will expire 11 months from the date the notice to proceed is provided to the awarded contractor. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
