Description This contract is to procure services for securing structures from Beers Housing, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $77,662. The Code Compliance Department will utilize this contract for the securing of vacant, residential and non-residential buildings located throughout the City. This contract will help maintain a safe and healthy environment for all residents and visitors.
The bid was advertised opened and reviewed. The contract terms expire on September 12, 2025, and include four (4) optional annual renewals. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
