Starland Bull, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 2517 Bull Street, a development consisting of restaurant, office and retail space on Bull Street near West 42nd Street in the President Street Treatment Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 2. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 5.95 equivalent residential unit development. The water and sewer connection fee totaling $38,500 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
