River Marsh-GSL, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for River Marsh, a development consisting of 24 Townhomes at 7719 Johnny Mercer Boulevard in the President Street Treatment Plant service area and is in unincorporated Chatham County. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve 24 equivalent residential units. Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $129,195 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
