The Maintenance Department requires a heavy-duty equipment trailer equipped with electric brakes to support the transportation of equipment across the airfield and to facilitate movement of equipment during Emergency SEADOG Operations. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) was advertised from June 17, 2025, through July 22, 2025. A total of ten bids were received, of which one was disqualified due to the vendor’s history of poor performance. This was a 2025 budgeted item, with a budget allocation of $24,000.
