This is to procure a cooperative contract for a silicone roofing application roof from MetalCrafts in the amount not to exceed $165,000. The Facilities Maintenance Department requests approval to utilize this contract for labor and materials for a silicone roof coating at City Hall. The roof is approximately 640 square feet. These services will include a 20–year warranty.  

This purchase will be made through a cooperative purchasing agreement with Omnia Partners, contract number 02-75, with a maturity date of November 30, 2026.  Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10, Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance.
