Description

This is a notification of an emergency purchase for demolition services at 925 East President Street from Masterfull Enterprises, LLC (Local). On April 15, 2025, a significant fire occurred at 925 E. President Street, resulting in the urgent need for emergency demolition of the structure. Due to the emergent nature of the demolition, the actual costs incurred amounted to $410,610. Masterfull Enterprises was selected to perform the demolition services as they were previously awarded the City contract for demolition services, and due to their demonstrated experience, capability to perform emergency demolitions, and their ability to respond promptly to urgent situations.

Delivery: Immediately.  Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor:
