Description

This is for the approval to award an annual contract for tree and stump removal services from ArborNature, LLC in an amount not to exceed $670,000.

This contract is necessary to provide hazard tree and stump removal services on various City properties and in the public rights-of-way throughout the City of Savannah. This work is part of the Park and Tree Department’s ongoing commitment to provide safe and environmentally healthy communities. The Urban Forestry Division will be the primary user of this contract.

The method used for this procurement was the competitive bid, wherein an award is given to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; two bidders were deemed non-responsive. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
