Authorize the City Manager to approve the purchase of LinkedIn Learning Hub for Government with Carahsoft Technology Corp. in the total amount of $161,800.00 for a three-year term. The purchase will provide 2,000 licenses annually for City employees, providing access to high-quality learning content and curated professional development resources. LinkedIn Learning Hub will replace the City’s existing Brainstorm Learning Hub and will provide continuity of online learning and professional development resources for City employees. The agreement will be invoiced annually as follows:

Innovation and Technology Services is requesting this purchase to enable the City of Savannah to efficiently scale employee upskilling, improve internal mobility, and address critical skill gaps across the organization. Replacing Brainstorm Learning Hub with LinkedIn Learning Hub will allow the City to continue providing employees with centralized, accessible, on-demand learning resources while expanding the breadth of professional development content available to the workforce. LinkedIn Learning provides robust reporting and dashboard features that will support data-driven decisions and help identify employee development needs. Additionally, the platform provides a sustainable and cost-effective solution compared to traditional enterprise training resources while meeting the diverse learning and development requirements of the City’s workforce. 
 
Per section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is an OMNIA Partners Software Solutions and Services contract #R240303 for Software Solutions and Services. It was competitively bid by OMNIA Partners and expires on December 31, 2027.
