Description Recommend approval to procure smallwares from Bargreen Ellingson (6626 S. Tacoma Mall Blvd Tacoma, WA)(D) in the amount of $270,571. Smallwares will be used in the Enmarket Arena for food preparation and service. Purchasing staff contacted a local vendor, US Foods, to inform them of the opportunity. However they were unable to offer white glove service, which was a requirement for this order. Bargreen Ellingson offers white glove service. White glove service involves the company coming on-site, unloading, taking inventory and setting up all items and equipment. This procurement was made through a State contract using the State of Oregon contract # 9500. Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
