Description This contract is for the procurement of swimming pool fencing installation services for Daffin Park, Tompkins Gym, and W.W. Law Pools from ASAP Landscape Management Group in an amount not to exceed $214,298. The Recreation and Leisure Services Department will utilize the services to replace the damaged fencing that is more than 20 years old and have begun to rust and bow along the top and bottom portions. Per state code, all outdoor pools must be fenced and maintained in good condition to ensure a safe barrier to help prevent unauthorized access and accidental drownings. The new installation will consist of an aluminum picket fence with security curved tops. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
