Description This contract is for the procurement of well maintenance services from Woodrow Sapp Well Drilling in an amount not to exceed $148,210. The Water Supply and Treatment Division will use this contract for the maintenance of 44 wells to provide safe, potable water at pressures and flows that accommodate residential, commercial, and industrial needs and fire protection services. The services will include routine preventive maintenance and repairs including video inspection, flow testing, and repairs to well pumps and casings. Five wells are pulled on a cycle for complete inspection, maintenance, and repairs. The wells are located on Dutch Island, Whitemarsh Island, Georgetown/Gateway Boulevard, and Savannah Quarters. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract terms expire on October 23, 2025. This contract also includes four (4) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
