Description

This contract is to procure Holiday Tree, City Hall Decorations and Accessories with Stage Front Lighting and Theatrical Supply Company, Inc., (Local) in an amount not to exceed $59,815. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the City’s festive atmosphere during the holiday season, fostering community spirit, and creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. This purchase aligns with the City’s broader initiative to beautify public spaces within the Aldermanic districts and enhance community engagement.

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on October 9, 2026, and includes four (4) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
