This contract is for the procurement of (1) Compact Excavator from National Equipment Dealer c/o Hyundai in the amount of $79,789.The compact excavator will be utilized by Water Distribution and will be replacing unit 7285 which is scheduled for replacement in the FY25 equipment replacement plan.

Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract.
