| Description This is for an annual contract to repair sidewalks, curbs, and cobblestone/concrete streets to JT Maddox (Primary for 1 section & Tertiary for 3 sections), SABE Inc. (Primary for 3 sections & Secondary for 2 sections), United Grounds (Secondary for 2 sections & Tertiary for 1 section), and Atlantic Parking Lot (Tertiary for 1 section) in the amount not to exceed $3,000,000. The Street Maintenance Division will use this contract for the installation of new sidewalks, permanent traffic tables, and requested concrete work related to Capital Improvement Projects as well as general construction support for other departments. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on October 23, 2026. This contract also includes 4 available annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
