32. Approval of a Major Subdivision for Eastern Wharf. The subject property is in the established lands known as Eastern Wharf, Aldermanic District 2. The proposed totals 7.711 acres and will consist of 12 varying lot sizes.

Description

SRL Land Venture, LLC IS proposing the subdividing of (4) four existing parcels.  The subdivision of these parcels (PIN# 2-0006-05-010, PIN# 2-0006-05-014, 2-0006-05-017 & 2-0006-05-018) will create (12) twelve individual parcels and (1) one Right-of-Way:  OS-1.1, OS-1.2, OS-1.3, OS-2, MU-C-1B.1, MU-C-1B.2, MU-C-1B.3, MU-C-1B.4, C-5B, C-5C, & C-5D
The site is being developed in accordance with the “Savannah River Landing Planned Unit Development” previously approved in 2018 and amended in 2019.  OS-1.1, OS-1.2, OS-1.3, & OS-2 are municipal and privately owned open space parcels.  MU-C- 1B.1, MU-C-1B.2, MU-C-1B.3, MU-C-1B.4, MU-C-1F, C-5B, C-5C, & C-5D are future development parcels.
