Description The site is located on 0.413 acres at 202 E. 37th Street (pin # 20065 15002). 3 commercial buildings exist on the property. Access is provided from 37th Street. It is proposed to subdivide the tract into 4 parcels, a parcel for each existing building and a parcel that will be a shared common area. No new construction is proposed, and no additional infrastructure is needed to serve the 3 existing buildings. Lot 54a, 54b, 54c will be created around each of the existing buildings. Lot 54d will be the shared common area. Lot 54d will provide parking, utilities, storm drainage, and access for the existing buildings. An association will be created to govern use and maintenance of lot 54d by the three new lots.
