This contract is to procure a control panel upgrade from Aqua Aerobic Upgrade in an amount not to exceed $98,931. The Crossroads Water Reclamation Plant has operated and maintained the aqua aerobic disk filters since the facility opened in 2007. Recently, sourcing parts for the control panel and repairs has become increasingly challenging to acquire. The control panel is essential for monitoring and managing the various cycles of the water filtering system. A lack of full control could disrupt the filtering process, leading to inefficiencies. 

The total price includes the following components:

• Input cards
• Output cards
• Analog input module
• Analog output cards
• End caps
• Ethernet switches
• Panel view with color touch screen
• HMI sun cover

This is a sole source procurement because Aqua Aerobic is the manufacturer of these disk filters. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
