Description The subject property is the fourth phase in a subdivision named Oakwood at New Hampstead, located on Highgate Boulevard. This proposed phase totals 20.241 acres and will comprise of 62 single-family lots with varying lot sizes. The Oakwood Phase 2A entrance will use a shared entrance from Phase 1C at Mage Street. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will be the City of Savannah water and sewer services. According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0105G, a portion of the subject property is located in Zone AE, a flood hazard zone, having a base flood elevation of 17 feet.
