Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to renew an annual contract with Atlantic Coast Consulting, Inc. for General Environmental Compliance Services at the Dean Forest Road Municipal Solid Waste Landfill in the amount of $75,834. This contract will be used to provide general environmental compliance management, reporting, and monitoring to ensure that the Dean Forest Road Landfill is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and existing permits. Bids were originally received on October 30, 2018. This contract was originally approved by Council on Jan 3, 2019 in the amount of $65,000. This is the first of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
