Description

The Revenue Ordinance collects taxes and fees that the City charges across all City departments. Each year, City Council adopts a Revenue Ordinance to authorize the collection of taxes and fees. The proposed Revenue Ordinance incorporates changes proposed in the 2025 Proposed Budget. The 2025 Revenue Ordinance includes language changes as outlined in the attached Revenue Ordinance Summary (Exhibit 1). The revenue collected is deposited into various department accounts depending on the nature of the tax or fee.
