Description

This is for a water quality analysis and predictive model development to Savannah State University in an amount not to exceed $96,654. The City of Savannah requires a comprehensive analysis of monitoring data and supplemental water chemistry at the Abercorn Creek water intake location. This analysis aims to enhance understanding of riverine chemistries and improve management strategies for local water resources. 


 
Proposal: The Hintz Laboratory at Savannah State University's Department of Marine and Environmental Science will conduct this project. Key deliverables will include: 

  • Quarterly progress reports 
  • Raw and processed data 
  • Project metadata for multivariate analysis 
  • Predictive models for riverine chemistries, including ongoing and final versions 
  • The proposed budget and budget justification for a 2-year project period, totaling $96,654.
