| Description Petitioner Elizabeth Andrews, on behalf the United States General Services Administration, has requested an easement related to the construction of the new Federal Courthouse Annex located at 124 Barnard Street (PIN 20004 50002). The petition is a request for a non-exclusive easement with City rights-of-way to install: handicap access ramps w/ landing, security bollards, a flag pole, bike racks, tree irrigation and building footers. This petition has been reviewed by Public Works and Water Resources, Development Services, Planning and Urban Design, Greenscapes and Real Estate Services. Staff recommend approval and authorization for the City Manager to execute the easement document. | |
