Description

The proposed subdivision is in the New Hampstead PUD development in the City of Savannah. The subdivision is developed for single-family detached residential lots along with associated infrastructure, rights-of-way, utilities and services. One lot within the New Hampstead PUD development will be subdivided into 71 individual parcels (Lots 103-146, 167-193). The subdivision is contiguous to The Palms Phase 2 and will be accessed by existing Guana Lane. The Palms overall development is access from Highgate Boulevard which runs between Fort Argyle Road and Little Neck Road.
