Savannah OZF Feeley Ave, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Feeley Avenue Industrial Site, a development consisting of a bulk materials handling yard with an office building in the President Street service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this .68 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $2,618 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
