Description

The purpose of this survey is to subdivide the existing Tract 3 into Parcels 3-A, 3-B, 3-C, 3-D, Common Area and to create the Public Rights-of-Way of Woodspring Drive and Preston Drive. Total project acres: 8.394. The property is located near the intersection of U.S. Hwy 17 (Ogeechee Road) and Chatham Parkway Extension, within the City of Savannah. Subject property is Zoned P-B-CO (Planned Business – County). Water and Sanitary Sewer services provided by the City of Savannah (Aldermanic District 1).
