Description
Recommend approval to rescind the authorization granted to the City Manager by Council on October 10, 2019, executing an annual contract with Penn Credit for collections of delinquent code compliance assessment fees. After Council authorized the City Manager to execute this contract, the City was notified that the recommended proposer was involved in pending litigation. Under the advice of the City Attorney, staff recommends rescinding the award and re-issue an RFP for these services.
