HP-231143 Savannah Preston LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Pointe Grand Savannah on Chatham, a development consisting of 348 Apartments with a Clubhouse and Fitness Center located at 500 Preston Drive off Chatham Parkway in the President Street Treatment Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 150 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $652,500 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
