This is for the purchase of contract compliance and supplier diversity management software from AskReply, Inc. dba B2GNow in the amount of $54,257.  This software will be used by the Economic Development Department to ensure contract compliance and monitoring of DBE goals.  Purchase will include software set up, configuration, and training. 
 
This software is a cloud-based solution designed to enhance Economic Development’s contract compliance, vendor reporting, and supplier diversity tracking capabilities.  The B2GNow system is widely used by public agencies to streamline the management of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE), and other diversity program compliance. The platform will support automated vendor reporting, real-time compliance tracking, and improved transparency in procurement processes. 
 
The software will be procured through a cooperative purchasing agreement with the NASPO Cooperative.  The contract was competitively bid by NASPO and awarded to AskReply, Inc. dba B2GNow under contract number AR3088, which expires on September 15, 2026.  Per the Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance, cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method.
