| Description This is to procure three (3) blowers from Aerzen USA Corporation in an amount not to exceed $216,040. The new upgraded blowers will replace the existing blowers at the CrossRoads Water Reclamation plant. The blowers provide essential airflow to support the operation of the digesters and equalization Basin, ensuring compliance with process reuirements. Aerzen is the sole manufacturer of Aerzen blowers, and TDH/OPS Group serves as their exclusive territorial representative in the state of Georgia. This vendor is authorized to provide OEM parts, technical support and certified repair services. The new blowers will not only match the existing Aerzen equipment already in place at the facility, but they are also equipped with the latest blower technology, improving energy efficiency and reliability. With the installation of these three units, all six blowers at the CrossRoads Water Reclamation facility will have been replaced, thereby extending the operational lifespan and performance of the plant. To ensure long-term reliability, the department has also established a preventive maintenance agreement to maintain the blowers according to manufacturer specifications.
