This contract is for the procurement of (1) box truck and one (1) stake body truck with Alan Jay Fleet Sales, c/o National Auto Fleet Group, in the amount of $169,504.00.The new box truck will be utilized by the Savannah Fire Department and will replace Unit #6511. The stake body truck will be assigned to the Water Supply & Treatment Division, replacing Unit #6830. Both vehicles are planned replacements.Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract.
