Drayton-Parker Companies LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Parkers Kitchen #123, a development consisting of a 1,000 sq. ft. convenience store located at 3900 Highgate Boulevard near Fort Argyle Road in the Travis Field Treatment Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 8.03 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $51,392 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
