Edward Edge has requested a water and sewer agreement for 2464 West Gwinnett Street, a development consisting of 530 square feet of office space located at 2464 West Gwinnett Street off Lynes Avenue in the President Street Treatment Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 1 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $3,850 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
