NorthPoint Industrial, XI, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for JIT Warehouse, a development consisting of 5,000 sq ft office space and 236,000 sq ft warehouse space located at 301 Technology Circle off Jimmy DeLoach Parkway in the Crossroads Treatment Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 3.60 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $4,332 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
