| Description The Agreement with Adams Outdoor Advertising will be used to cover rental expenses for two billboards, located on Highway 278 in Bluffton, SC, and will promote SAV's new air service. The total amount requested for the billboard rentals includes design, layout and placement of the ad by RobMark Advertising and Public Relations. This is a budgeted item in the 2020/2021 Marketing Air Service Incentive Budget.
