Description Recommend approval to execute an annual contract for landfilling of bio-solids with Waste Management for up to $500,000. The services will be used by the Water Reclamation Department to dispose of bio-solids generated at the President Street Plant and Regional Plants. This is a sole source because Waste Management is the only landfill that will dispose of bio-solids for the City of Savannah. S.S.
