This contract is for the purchase of office furniture from Global, Exemplis, and Steelcase through McWaters in the amount of $43,411.95. This furniture will support the programming functions of the new Hudson Hill Community Center located at 2227 Hudson Street. This purchase includes items such as tables, office and multipurpose chairs.

Global, Exemplis, and Steelcase are approved vendors under Georgia’s statewide approved contracts program. Statewide contracts are established for convenience and are available for use by all State and Local public entities. The State of Georgia used a competitive bidding process to select suppliers to serve as a provider for these commodities. McWaters will oversee the ordering, delivery, and installation of the furniture.  Installation of the furnishings is scheduled to occur in early 2023. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
