Description The subject property is the second phase in a subdivision named Tract N located within the Savannah Highlands Subdivision, which is a part of the Highlands Development in the North Godley PUD (Planned Unit Development). This proposed phase totals 5.804 acres and will consist of 46 single family lots with varying lot sizes. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase of development included the extension of water and sewer mains, installation of water and sewer services, pond excavations, installation of stormwater conveyance system, and extension of approximately 1,149 linear feet of roadway.
