Description The City received an annexation petition for one parcel with an aggregate of 5.776 acres located off Gamble Road near ACL Boulevard. The land under petition is contiguous to existing City territory, and therefore, can be annexed by ordinance adopted by City Council. As required by State law, the County and the Board of Education have been informed of receipt of this petition.
The property is currently zoned as single family residential and the owner plans to subdivide the property and develop approximately 21 single family residential units. The owner desires to gain access to City provided utilities on in-city terms. The cost of providing water and sewer service will be fully covered by connection and service fees charged to benefiting parcels in the area. | |
