Description

This procurement is for an annual contract for Temporary Traffic Table Installation and Removal Services to SABE, Inc. (Primary) and AWP, Inc. (Secondary) in the amount of $206,720. The Transportation Services Department will use this service to expedite the installation of temporary traffic calming devices on approved residential streets. This contract would allow for the removal and installation of temporary traffic tables which coincides with the City’s Traffic Calming initiative.

 

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on May 24, 2024. This contract also includes four (4) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.

 

The bidders were:

              Savannah Paving (Eden, GA) (D)                                                                     $620,000
