This procurement is for new and replacement mobile data terminals (MDT) from Law and Order Technology, LLC in an amount up to $920,000. The mobile data terminals (MDT), will be used by the SPD and SFD. The replacements will be 95 for SPD, 33 replacements for the SFD, and 56 new MDTs for fleet additions. The MDTs will allow users to communicate with Central Dispatch while providing real-time GPS location mapping and information relevant to the current task.

Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used for this procurement is a State of Georgia contract for end-user computers (Contract # 99999-SPD-SPD0000161-0009). It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia and expires June 2, 2023. Delivery: As requested.  Terms:  Net 30 days.
