Description

This annual contract is to procure and implement a robust, cloud-based, audio-video conferencing and recording solution in three courtrooms at the Recorder's Court from NetPlanner Systems, Inc. (Local) in the amount of $340,905. The Recorder's Court will use this project to implement an acceptable audio-visual solution allowing multiple parties reliable remote access to court proceedings.

The method used for this procurement was a request for proposals (RFP), which evaluates criteria in addition to the cost. The proposals were evaluated based on qualifications and experience, technical capabilities, references, DBE, and Savannah First. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. This contract includes four (4) annual maintenance and support options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
