Madison Park, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Madison Park Apartment Complex. This is a 328-unit complex located at 73 Highlands Boulevard. An 8-inch-diameter water main will be installed by the developers to serve this project, and it will be maintained and operated by the City of Savannah. 

The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 140-equivalent-residential-unit (ERU) development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
