| Description NRN Management Corporation, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Highland Commercial Park. This new development will house retail as well as office space. It is located at 492 Jimmy DeLoach Parkway. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 16.3-equivalent-residential-unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
