Sweetwater Investors, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Sweetwater Phase 9, a development consisting of 30 single family homes in the Sweetwater service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 30 equivalent residential unit (ERUs) development. The Water & Sewer connection fee totaling $106,800 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
