The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval to enter into a five-year agreement with DKMG Consulting, LLC and Ricondo & Associates Inc. for airport business and financial consulting. The Airport Commission is embarking on a 5- to 7-year capital expansion improvement program, and plans to utilize KPMG and Ricondo to assist with several upcoming large-scale tasks that include capital financing options/processes; tenant relocations and lease negotiations; and airline negotiations. 

Staff is projecting a cumulative expenditure in the amount of $300,000.00 between the two firms during year one for the following services:

• financial planning for capital improvement program
• cash flow projections, planning, management, and strategies
• financing options and the financing process
• tenant lease negotiations and lease contract language striving for cost recovery
• tenant relocation negotiations and strategies
• analyze proposed funding source plans
• provide other financial / business consulting service as required
• assist in strategies, methodologies, and terms related to tenant buyout initiatives
• development of airline lease agreements to include low volume carriers
